The Big Sweat
A two-day public sauna festival, co-presented by the Australian Sauna Association
The Australian Sauna Association is proud to co-present The Big Sweat, hosted at Blue Mountains Sauna in Leura, NSW to mark the venue's fourth birthday and the public launch of the Savusauna, a Finnish smoke sauna believed to be the first of its kind open to the public in the Southern Hemisphere. Two days of communal sauna sessions, Aufguss ceremonies, cold-water bathing, live music, food, talks and visiting wood-fired sauna operators Sauna/Bastu and Håut Hutt.
